Sharon Kim:

Wedding Coordinator, Planner, and Designer

Hello, my name is Sharon, and I am a hopeless romantic. I’ve planned thousands of un-portfolio-able Disney channel inspired weddings in my mind before I began helping my friends out with their big days. As I’ve gotten more used to the role of “always the bridesmaid, never the bride”, I’ve come to fall in love with this hectic, beautiful mess of a role as the unofficial wedding planner. It has been such a blessing to sneak a small part in so many love stories, and my heart is full from witnessing the lush love stories all around.

As the pandemic left me laid off and jobless, I began to wonder where my next steps were, and what my calling was. As I asked God for clarity, He showed me the answer by having more of my friends became engaged and ask me for advice. It became clear: to stop being an unofficial wedding planner, and start taking steps to learning how to become an official one.

As your wedding coordinator, planner, and/or designer, it is important that we have good, strong, communication that is built on trust and honesty. I hope at the end of the day, you can rest assured that I will lovingly help take care of your big day.

In order to build that relationship, I think that we should get to know each other a bit before we strap ourselves down to a year or more of a committed relationship. Here are three things you should know about me:

1. I’m a Dodger’s fan, but I promise I won’t judge you if you’re not!

2. I am a dog person with two cats. I love animals all around, really.

3. I am not someone who gets offended easily, and I remain calm under pressure.
